Holmes will lead business activities and partnerships to drive Alteryx’s next phase of growth in the region. She will play a crucial role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy to help shape the future of data analytics for Alteryx’s customers in ANZ.
“The rise of AI has given organisations access to vast amounts of data. However, this shift also underscores the critical need for companies to ensure their data is accurate, organised, and actionable,” said Jason Janicke, Senior Vice President of International Sales at Alteryx. “Marie’s impressive experience in the enterprise software industry, coupled with her strong leadership skills, will be instrumental in accelerating Alteryx’s next phase of growth in the ANZ region. Together, we aim to empower our customers to unleash the full potential of data analytics for AI-driven innovation and informed decision-making.”
With over 25 years of experience building technology businesses and leading high-performing teams at both global technology companies and high-tech scale-ups, Holmes brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Alteryx. Most recently, she was with VMware (now Broadcom), where she led the go-to-market function as Senior Director for the VMware Tanzu business in ANZ, driving revenue growth. She has held prior regional senior leadership roles at Amdocs and Logica Plc and has extensive experience in country leadership roles.
“I am thrilled to step into the role of Country Manager for ANZ at Alteryx,” said Holmes. “In an era where data-driven organizations are 23 times more likely to acquire customers, the ability to harness data effectively is no longer a competitive advantage—it’s a necessity. The ANZ region is at the forefront of adopting artificial intelligence and analytics, with businesses projected to increase investment in data initiatives by over $3.5 billion in 2025. Alteryx’s platform is uniquely positioned to empower businesses in ANZ to tap into this opportunity and transform data into actionable insights. I look forward to collaborating with our customers and partners to unlock value in their data, enhance decision-making, and drive impactful results that fuel the region’s growth in this next chapter of AI and analytics.”
